I was wondering what kind of baked goods keep well enough to be sent down range. My mom sent me cookies, but is there anything else that would still be good by the time the box got there? 10 to 15 days is the average for the delivery time. Trying to help out the hubby over there.

I already got the usual candy and popcorn. He asked for different baked items I make but I am not sure what will keep in a box for that long.

Cookies are certainly the easiest. Brownies wouldn't do too badly; might get a little dry but doubt that your husband would really mind. Fruitcake would do well. Some candies will ship well such as fudge, glazed nuts, peanut brittle. Perhaps you could throw in some hot chocolate mix and mashmallows to go with those sweets. Or maybe some cold drink powders would be better.
