Blueberry Protein Smoothie

1 Cup Milk
Handful frozen Blueberries
2 scoops Vanilla flavoured protein powder

Blitz in blender until combined. You don't really need any ice, the blueberries are enough to really chill everything down.

I've always found that when you're making smoothies, whether there's alcohol in them or not (frozen fruit cocktails with liquor), take them out and just keep them in an open container without ice in the refridgerator. When you need them use them.
To make the smoothie, at a cup of yogurt, cup or more ice (depending on how thick you'd like the smoothie), and a cup of frozen blueberries. Sometimes, if available, use symple syrup (aka, sugar water). If you don't want to use yogurt, you can always mix it with some sort of fruit juice of your choice
Add them together, and mix in a blender, and youre good togo.

Hope it works out!

I like to use more then just blueberries. I use frozen berries with plain yogurt. I like strawberries, blueberries and yogurt. Or throw in a scoop of yogurt and a banana. If it isn’t thick enough add some ice. Have fun. You can’t really mess it up.

I would use ice, blueberries, and sugar-lots of sugar.
