Why do they have an expiration date on the bottle when the label says it takes thousands of years to drip down the mountain to the spring where it's bottled?

There's something wrong with that, right!

I want to either do a throwback theme to the late 1930s early 40s, or England because he never went there but was always curious. He is a simple CT farm boy, and in excellent condition.
