Baked Chicken Thighs/Leg Quarters
8 chicken thighs
garlic powder
4 teaspoons soy sauce (I prefer Kikoman)

1. Arrange chicken thighs/leg quarters skin side up in a shallow baking dish.
2. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
3. Drizzle about 1/2tsp of soy sauce on each piece.
4. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes to an hour -- until the skin is crisp and brown and the meat is ready to fall from the bones.

Serve with white rice or potatoes. (scalloped, baked, mashed, panfried etc...)

The easiest, best recipe I ever made, and the kids will love it, it is to clean the chicken and place it in a 13x9 inch pan, like a cake pan. Add cream of chicken soup, and bake at 350 until the chicken is done (if a fork slides easily in the deepest part of the meat, the chicken is done, in case you need to know that). Serve over mashed potatoes.
