Did you season the wok before you started using it? You should heat it and spread oil over the surface before using it for the first time.

I have found that the "real" woks you can buy in Chinatowns across the country are the best.
With a traditional wok, I would "season" it on the stove with some oil.
With a Joyce Chen, I think you should just use the Pam product that is for high heat. I was introduced to the product when I was on St. Thomas and the cooks were using it on their barbecue grills. It should work and won't impart any flavor, or calories.

If your using a carbon steele wok. the type Jyce chen offers wash well with soapy water and dry. Then on medium high heat alow the wok to get hot then pour and swirl the oil in the wok, this seasons it cover all of the inside with oil and place in 350 degree oven for about an hour . Remove from oven and wipe out with cloth and hand out. when using wok heat wee then add oil , swirl as you did before and let oil get hot . Then add the food. When foor is cooked remove it from wok. dont let it stand in the wok. rinse the wok immediately and re apply a touch of oil and hang for next use.

use a bit of oil when cooking. when cleaning your wok, do not use dishwashing soap to clean the wok. rinse with water and wipe dry. good luck.

lol. the non stick generation. you must use ample oil. peanut is best. but not cheap mostly found at asian food stores.
the darker a wok gets the better it cooks. i do not like them. i use a big american made deep frying pan for all my stir fry needs.

You might need to purchase another brand of wok. They don't suppose to stick.

2 ideas ;
1) spray PAM on it before you cook in it
2) Pour some oil in it and set it on high for a while, then wipe it out - after, do not wash in soapy water.
