ZESTY CREAM CHEESE DIP
1 pkg cream cheese
1/2 jar of mayonnaise
2 pickle spears, finely chopped
1 can of tuna, drained
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 pkg taco seasoning
1 boiled egg, sliced chunky
In a microwavable dish, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth .
Fold in pickles, tuna and taco seasoning until combined. Add hard boiled egg.
Heat in microwave until slightly warm. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
Serve at room temperature with toasts or chips!!
CHICKEN NACHO DIP
4 large cans white chunk chicken breast, drained
1 package cream cheese
3/4 large container of sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
1 small bottle of Ortega Taco Sauce
1 8 oz bag of shredded taco or Colby cheese
pinch of hot cayenne pepper and garlic powder (optional)
nacho chips
Preheat oven to 375F.
Combine chicken, cream cheese, and sour cream in bowl. Spread mixture in an 8X12 inch baking pan. Sprinkle lightly with a pinch of hot pepper and garlic powder, if desired.
Pour salsa and Ortega sauce over chicken mixture and top with cheese.
Bake in oven until cheese is melted. Serve warm or cold with nacho chips
SHRIMP DIP
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp, finely chopped and boiled
4 stalks celery, finely chopped
6 green onions
2 pkgs. onion dip
12 oz. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
Salt, pepper, paprika
Combine shrimp, celery, green onions. Combine onion dip and sour cream, add softened cream cheese, and add to shrimp. Add salt, pepper, paprika to taste, Thousand Island Dressing and Worcestershire sauce. Chill and serve.

Farmer's Medley Dip Mix Preparation and Variations
Ingredients
1 packet Farmer's Medley Dip Mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise (real mayonnaise only)
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
Combine ingredients; chill 2 hours. Makes about 1 cup dip.
Variations:
Serve with Blue Aztec Chips, cubed Bountiful Beer Bread or Mediterranean Herb Quick Focaccia Bread.
Excellent spread on sandwiches, wraps or veggie pizza.

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Spinach & Herb Dip Mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise (real mayonnaise only)
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
Combine ingredients; blend well. Chill 2 hours. Makes about 1 cup. Jar makes about 7 cups dip.

Addicting Chip Dip
INGREDIENTS
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons anchovy paste
3 tablespoons grated onion
1 pinch garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and milk until creamy. Add more milk for a thinner dip. Using a fork, whip the anchovy paste and onion into the mixture. Cover and refrigerate this dip at least one hour before serving.

French Onion Dip (good for veggies and chips)
1 tub of sour cream
1 packet of French onion soup mix
Mix together, allow to sit 5 minutes before serving.
Tostitos Dip
1 small container of whipped cream cheese
1.5 cups salsa
Blend well
Yummy Layered Dip (Tostitos)
1 block of cream cheese
1 tub sour cream
Mix together until well blended, spread in the bottom of a shallow dish (or two)
Pour slightly drained salsa on top
Add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese
Cover in diced olives (dried) and green onions

Pan-Fried Onion Dip
2 large yellow onions
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup good mayonnaise
Cut the onions in half, and then slice them into 1/8-inch thick half-rounds. (You will have about 3 cups of onions) Heat the butter and oil in a large sauté pan on medium heat. Add the onions, cayenne, salt and pepper and sauté for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20 more minutes, until the onions are browned and caramelized. Allow the onions to cool.
Place the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment and beat until smooth. Add the onions and mix well.
Taste for seasonings.
Serve at room temperature.

INGREDIENTS
2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup Ranch dressing
3/4 cup pepper sauce, such as Franks® Red Hot®
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 bunch celery, cleaned and cut into 4 inch pieces
1 (8 ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers
DIRECTIONS
Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with celery sticks and crackers.

Cheese Dip
Ingredients
1 lb. ( 16 oz.) Velveeta Cheese ( cut into small chunks)
1 cup Chunky Salsa (your choice)
1/3 lb. Mild Sausage
Preparation
1. Cook sausage in frying pan until done.Drain and crumble.
2. Either use a slow cooker or crockpot: Add Velveta,salsa,and sausage. Slow cook until melted, may keep warm to keep cheese dip from getting thick. Eat with Tortilla Chips of choice. For extra flavor : garnish with Jalapeno peppers.
French Onion Dip
16 ounces sour cream
2 teaspoons grated garlic
1 teaspoon reduced-sodium Worcestershire sauce
2 ounces sliced green onions
4 teaspoons dry onion soup mix
1 tablespoon dried, chopped onions, , , roasted under broiler until brown
1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped and roasted
3 teaspoons snipped chives
onion powder
2 teaspoons low-sodium beef bouillon cubes
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in blender or food processor.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours to let flavours blend and develop.
Fresh Salsa
1 cup chopped onions
2 jalapeno peppers
8 whole fresh tomatoes (diced)
1 cup minced cilantro
1 lime, juice of
Mix all ingredients together in large glass bowl.
Let stand covered in refrigerator for 2 hours to meld flavors.
Serve with all of your favorite dishes as a delicious vegetable side dish or garnish.

Spinach dip.
1 pack lipton Knorr onion soup dip.
1 thing sour cream
1round bread to put dip in ...cut top off and center out use for dipping.
Additional ingrediants on the lipton box.
Can also use tostitos or veggies to dip .

My Dill Dip
1 cup sour cream
1 cup hellmanns mayonnaise
2 teaspoons seasoning salt
2 tablespoons minced onion flakes
2-3 teaspoons dill weed
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
Mix ingredients together, until well blended.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Serve with chips or raw vegetables.
p/s:The longer it sits- the better it gets!
