I have rolled slices of bread with sardines inside and coated with egg then deep fry....taste wonderful. And once I deepfry slices of bread coated with egg and cheese served with fruit jam....mmmm.

I live by myself and have a difficult time cooking for myself because well first of all I am not that great of a chef and secondly I have a difficult time finding things to make that don't severe four people. Any advice? I like things that are quick and easy, yet are tasty!

I'm pretty sure it's Chinese, which I love, but I don't know how to make it. It has some sort of thick cream mixed with the corn and it's either breaded or fried. It doesn't have bacon or onions or anything like that, it's like creamy fried corn balled into quarter size pieces. Thanks for everyone's help!

if im going to eat eggs (boiled) im just going to to eat the egg whites. does the whites contain the riboflavin? if im only going to eat the egg whites tell me what nutrients are left out that im not eating

I'm curious about what people in different countries eat in a normal day. When you answer, please specify your residence.

Here's my average diet (ROMANIA)

Breakfast (8am):
1 bowl of milk + cereals
2 slices of toast + butter
1 banana

Snack (11am):
1 sandwich with butter, cheese, salami and tomato slices
1 apple
1 bagle / bread roll

Lunch (3pm):
Vegetable soup (with or without meat)
Mashed potatoes with cooked meat (pork or chicken)

Snack (6pm):
1 cup of yogurt
1 apple

Dinner (8pm):
macaroni and cheese
