I just needed to clarify this, I've been getting a lot of mixed opinions.

Tofu is made from soybeans. I have made it at home myself using soybeans made into soymilk and curdling it with lemon juice. There is a product on the market called Quorn that is made from fungus protein. It's got nothing to do with tofu.

Tofu is soy bean curd, Quorn is made from a mushroom like fungus, but not mushrooms persay.

Nope, just soy. Maybe you're thinking of something like a GardenBurger. I read the ingredients once and they have mushrooms in them.
