I'm a vegetarian studying nutrition in the US - around Houston, Texas to be exact. My diet is definately not the usual diet around these parts. I eat so differently every day, but this is a general idea...
Breakfast
whole wheat bagel with peanut butter
1 banana
Lunch
veggie salad
veggie soup
hummus & pita bread
Snack
granola bar
Dinner
whole wheat pasta topped w/
homemade tomato sauce with soy sausage
roasted zucchini & cauliflower
Snack
soy chocolate pudding w/ fat free whipped cream
I eat at home most of the time and I eat out probably 3 or 4 times a week. Mostly for lunch when I'm out and about.

Singapore
(I'm a vegetarian)
Breakfast (9am)
Chocolate Milk
Mashed Tofu (with cheese) & 2 slices of Toast
Lunch (12.30pm)
Chapati with a bhaji(Indian dish)
OR
Noodles cooked Chinese-style or Malay-style
OR
Rice and Stir-fried veggies (and garlic chilli sauce! yum!)
Tea time (4.30pm):
Weetbix & Milk
OR
Tea (sometimes)
Dinner (7pm):
Usually the same as lunch. If we're eating Indian food, there are a couple of extra Indian dishes to eat with the Chapati for dinner.
Occasionally, I eat Instant Noodles.
Supper (9.30pm):
Papaya
One other fruit (depending on the season): Mangoes, Mangosteen, Apples, Oranges, Pineapples, Pears, Starfruit
That pretty much covers it.

Snack around 11 a.m. Either a quesadilla or ramen or something quick.
Snack around 2 p.m. About a handful of chips
Dinner around 6 p.m. which is the big meal of the day. Tonight it's enchiladas. But pasta, veal, crab and burger dishes are popular in this house too.
