When I was a kid, I had a friend who's grandmother used to make these.
I remember them being pink, yellow, sometimes blue, and looked exactly like a cracker.
They were delicious!!
Does anyone know what these are called or have a recipe link?

I am baking a cake right now, but I need to make the icing. Does anyone know how to make this icing? I just don't know the measurements or consistency the icing should have when stirring and adding more sugar or adding more milk. Do you ice the cake when it has cooled down? I bought two smallish coconuts. I drained them and then split them. The liquid that came out of them tasted quite bad. The coconut itself was not much better. I did put some sugar on it and that made it better. But what else am I supposed to do with them? I wanted to cut them up like pineapple and have them on the fruit tray but I don't think people would like that.

Personally, I think one pink packaged sweetner tastes more like sugar.
Splenda doesn't taste sweet to me, unless I use two packs in a cup of coffee. Equal has never been a favorite sweetner for me, because of the same reason.
