Target isn't going to have a great selection of tea.

Most grocery stores have an extensive tea section, and some even have a British food section. However, if you can find a Cost Plus World Market they have a lot of teas and British food.

If you google or Yahoo search the words British Foods in USA, there is a website that doe sell foods like teas, sweets and biscuits over the internet.

I live in Canada and am partial to PG tips myself, it is available here, Red Rose is nice, we get a good selection of Twinnings also, bags and loose.

I just did a search and they carry Yorkshire, I got some when I was in the UK, the one for hard water works best here.
