Like jalapeno, bannana, pepperoncini, green pepper, and even ground pepper. I eat them with about 3/5 meals I have and i eat alot.

If you're a 14 year old and love all types of peppers then KUDOS to you!

All peppers are high is vitamins and are one of the best vegetables for you to consume. This is greatly benefit you health wise in your adult life.

You're a role model for the teenage crowd.

Does your family enjoy peppers as well? Some cultures readily include a variety of spicy peppers in their diets and they are fine! Now, if you are forgoing meals to eat peppers, then you need to take a look at your overall nutrition. In the meantime, have a jalapeno for me! :)

Peppers are actually pretty nutritious, even the hot ones. If you can handle the heat, then go ahead and eat all you want...just so long as you do eat some other kinds of foods, too.

Good for you! Peppers are actually pretty nutritious. My only concern is that you could be more suseptable to heartburn and acid reflux. But I wouldn't worry too much.

No, it is definitely not bad--peppers are loaded with vitamins.
