I defrosted chicken and started to marinade it Wed or Thursday night last week. It’s been marinating in the fridge since then. Do you think it’s still ok to BBQ?

My in-laws are coming to visit for Easter weekend. I have not cooked dinner for them yet, and I am a bit nervous since they are coming on a Holiday weekend, and there are generally a lot of expectations on what dinner should be.

Do you have any suggestions for me on how best to entertain them and what to make for dinner? I do not eat ham, but I am willing to make one if it's the best option. Please be creative!

Any suggestions are appreciated, from recipes to decor!

I am not either a Vegitarian nor a Vegan, I am not here to "bash" you, I would like to know if you could tell me, in genereal, or point out some studies, about the health levels of vegans compared to meat eaters, to include but not limited to:Cholesterol, triglycerides, diabetes, and the likeliness of heart attacks and clogged arteries.

I don't think I will never give up meat for my own reasons, but truly enjoy some vegan dishes. Also, is there a site for calorie/fat/carb counts for these dishes.

I bought this cheddar cheese at a little specialty store and not only is it not orange, but it's got a crumbly texture, not nice and smooth like I'm used to! It tasted really strong too! Did it go bad? Should I just stick with kraft cheese?

Just curious would you mind paying more for milk if it kept dairy farmers in business? I know I would as dairy farmers are becoming a dying breed milk prices are goning to go through the roof till dairy farmers can start up again. I would rather pay an extra 10p now then go through that process do you agree?

Since vegetation can receive external stimuli and be affected by it, it's not a big leap to concider the fact that plants do in fact feel the equivalent of pain. So forcing plants to be grown in abnormal conditions only to be brutally cultivated should be concidered inhuman as well.

How can vegetarian favor the animal reign to the detriment of the vegetal reign?

I am a vegetarian, but I don't know what my limits are. Do vegetarians give themselves their own limits, or is there rules?

I am doing a school report on France and I'm trying to make a cook book. One of the requirements is that I have to show how the cooking styles were affected by it's geography. If no one knows how it was affected by the geography then could you tell me a good place to get info on the subject.
