Pink cake...get her a pink dress or outfit to wear at the party...on the invites make sure you inform the guests that it is a "pink party" and everyone needs to bring somethign pink for the bday girl. Get pink punch (strawberry sorbet and 7up works well) and make the invites and decorations pink. Let her choose and decorate it the way she wants. If possible buy the colored light bulbs(pink obviously) and put them up in a special room so that it can almost be like a VIP session for her really good friends. If she wants give her pink! It shouldnt be too hard....you might want to try a search witht he words pink, birthday, and ideas....it might bring up some sites that can help you

We had a "movie festival" for my daughter. It was a way for boys and girls to hang out without the pressure of dancing or too much conversation. Her crowd loves vintage stuff, and she likes scary movies, so we picked several Alfred Hitchcock movies on the theory that they may have heard about them, but not seen them. (The Birds, Psycho, and Rear Window.) The movies were edgy enough that the boys didn't get bored, and nobody made fun of girls who yelped at the scary parts.
We ordered pizza for them to eat during the first movie, served popcorn and pretzels during the second. The boys went home at that point, while the girls stayed for the third movie and a sleepover. After the third movie, about 12:30, we served ice cream sundaes letting the girls chose their own toppings.
(I know--way too many calories, salt and sugar--but we only did it this once.)
I didn't really decorate for the party, beyond some feathered birds (from a floral supply place,) tucked in some potted green plants I used as a table centerpiece. I used clear plastic cups and black and white graphic paper plates and napkins since the movies were all black and white.
My daughter was happy; it was different from other parties, it wasn't too sweet, and acknowledged them as being more mature. It also allowed them to all be together without pairing up. I liked it because it wasn't terribly expensive, and they were engaged enough that they didn't notice me passing through regularly to monitor things. So it worked for us on several levels.

Purchase your invitations. Or cut a heart shape from metallic pink cardstock paper and use a silver gel pen to write...
Sprinkle of pink glitter in the card or envelope. If hand delivery is possible, tie the invitation to a pink nail polish or pinkish lip gloss before delivering 4 girls
Cover and set the table with a pink matching plates,
cups etc. Add a centerpiece or make your own with a weighted balloon bouquet and a gift bag.
Sprinkle sequins or pink candies on the table.
Place pink balloon bouquets or pink rose petals all around the party area.
Drape the Birthday Girl's chair with pink fabric and ribbon.
Drape pink and sparkly fabric over furniture.
find some pink blow up microphones ,hv hot pink balloons tie with silver ribbon, and silver balloons tied with hot pink ribbon. These really will make the party atmosphere. and decorate with pink and silver mixed table cloths, hot pink bowls, spoons ,streamers and napkins, plus pink cups with pink glitter straws. To about half the balloons tie a glow in the dark braclet in various colours.BIRTHDAY CAKE: Colour some roll out icing in hot pink. then use the regular sized silver balls and place them around the rest of the top of the cake, about 1 inch apart. The sides wrap ribbon edge ribbon about 2-3 inches wide in sparkly silver with pink trim.use hot pink glitter candles.pink birthday sheet cake with pink chocolate flowers,Pink chocolates, strawberry cake, cookies with pink frosting, shrimp cocktail, chips and dip with food coloring, blush wine, raspberry cream martinis, and sangria. You could do a variation on a veggie pizza by baking up a "crust" using crescent rolls pressed into pizza pan. Bake that up, then mix together some cream cheese with cocktail sauce and covering it with more cocktail sauce and some crab meat.
Little tea cups of crab bisque with a little pink tint in them would also cut through all the sweet with a little salt and cream.
Tint some hummus pink and serve with pita wedges or bagel chips.
7 Layer Taco dip with some salsa mixed into the sour cream to make it pink would also go well. You could tint the refried beans with a little food coloring to make them a little more vibrant, too. The green guacamole would look pretty against that.
