Most chicken flavor is probably chicken bullion (dried chicken broth) which would not be vegetarian.

Odds are it isn't vegetarian unless you would have some reason to believe otherwise (it came from a 7th day adventist store or other vegan producer.)

Why don't you post where you got the product? Either assume you can't eat it, or do the research.

Yes, a vegetarian can eat anything that they want to. However, whether they choose to eat a particular product depends the product.

Some Chicken Flavoured products use MSG, soy, and similar veggie sources. Others use Chicken Stock, beef stock, poultry stock, or similar meat based ingredients.

Read the ingredients closely and you should find your answer.

If it's 'chicken' flavored ... odds are it has chicken flavoring derived from chicken broth, etc ... so I would say no. Just check the ingredients.

To be completely honest, I think its pointless if a person is a vegetarian to eat things that have "meat" flavors. Why even be a vegetarian? Those types of products are made for non-vegetarian people that have to limited their meat intake for health or diet reasons. For example, my mother isn't a vegetarian, but belongs to Weight Watchers and they recommend adding such products into everyone's daily diet. When I first became a vegetarian my mother bought me such products to be supportive, but I couldn't make myself eat them... Since I had given up meat I couldn't reason with myself to eat something that had meat flavors, regardless of it actually being vegetarian.
But that's just a vegetarian's opinion... haha

If you like but just stop calling yourself a vegetarian, after all does it matter. What is the reason you're vegetarian? If it's for your health eat as you wish if it's to be kind to animals then that's a different matter.

I am veggie and eat walkers roast chicken crisps because they are labelled as being vegetarian.

If it contains an animal then no, if it doesn't then yes eat it!

Usually if it has chicken flavoring, there is some chicken in it. So, no.
