English Actor Bernard Fox played Malcom Merriweather on the Andy Griffith show. He made an English Pasty with meat, potatoes and the Plum Putting at the other end. All English friends have said they never heard of Plum pudding in a Pasty. So was this just TV or maybe that era? 1963-1964. Thanks.

The kids there are extremely picky and critical, and its hard to find fun, creative, and good recipes that they'll enjoy. Anyone have ideas of what I could make? It can't involve a stove and should take less than an hour to make. And keep in mind that I'm working extremely pyschotic children. Thank you.

Cook's brut ... It tastes nasty alone, and not even good enough for a weak mimosa. Is there a recipe that I can use it in? or should I just toss it (sort of against my morals)?

People eat this stuff down on the bayou & in South America, too. There it's called 'capibarra' & people eat it during Lent since they feel it's not technically 'red meat.'

<<<<<..eat an orange every late afternoon, is there a limit? I mean is there a limit as to the number of pieces of fruit one should eat everyday?
(I love fresh fruit but some of my friends tell me that too much fruit can be as bad for you as too little). Oh and yes, I eat grapes everyday also, usually after dinner. I may be eating too many of those though. Can someone comment who knows about fruit?
I eat two meals per day, mostly wheat/bran foods, fresh veggies and salmon or shrimp. No beef. A little broiled chicken once in a while. No soft drinks. Just water or a glass of wine twice a week with dinner).
