I don't use microwaves so I usually either eat it cold for breakfast or put in a pot with a little water on the bottom and put a lid on it and cook it at a low temp.

Curling iron, stick it outside on a nice sunny day, stick it in the attic in the summer time. Or, borrow a microwave or stove.

there is no other way unless you have a magic wand and don't reheat the rice it will give you food poisoning and I'm not jocking about that bit it can make you really ill

Stick it in a bowl that won't melt cover it with a lid and get this flaming torch...yeah, you can figure out the rest.
Or...put it in front of a heater.
