What is the difference between a tea strainer and infuser? If I have some loose leaf tea, and I don't want any large bits floating around in my cup, which should I use, the infuser or strainer? Are they the same thing? If I buy one, should I get a certain type of metal? Are some non-toxic, and others toxic? Chrome, brass, aluminum, copper, etc...

Also, do most tea kettles come with some sort of strainer in the spout or somewhere inside the kettle? Is a tea pot the same thing as a kettle?

I'm asking because I have some loose leaf tea I really want to try, but I need a way of seeping it inside the water, but without getting a lot of it IN the water. A few small particles are fine, but no big chunks.

Noodles romanoff is sort of an alfredo type dish and the chicken will be baked with mayo and cheese for flavor and tenderness.

Why is it that when I make fresh ravioli it floats but dry macaroni sinks? isn't the ravioli heavier? I would've thought it'd be the one to sink.

I paid alot for this pan. It was awesome for about the last year or so and no it recently started sticking. Everything use to slide out and I could basically wipe with a paper towel. It's not scratched at all. Is this normal?

I want to make Dwoenjang-jjigye (soy bean paste stew??). And I guess I need to buy soy bean paste. But I really don't know which soy bean paste I want to get. Does anybody know which brand or what kind of Korean miso is good?
