the banana and raisins are healthy and probably the cereal also, but if the sandwich buns are white, they definitely are not healthy. Try wholemeal bread/buns or better still try multigrain bread/buns.
But you also need to do away with the butter or margarine, unless you only use a small scraping of it.

the banana and rasins are high in sugar (carbs) and the cereal has carbs and the sandwhich buns have carbs.
so if you are going to go run a marathon or swim the english channel, you are good to go! :)
if you are sitting at your computer all day (like me), eating lots of sugar and carbs is prob not a good idea... try to eat some lean protein (like a slice of turkey or lowfat cheese). if you are vegetarian, peanut butter would be good. kashi cereal is high in protein. also, make sure the buns are whole grain.
look for high fiber, high protein, low fat. :) good luck!

Add a smear of peanut butter, unless you're allergic. It's healthy, it's tasty, and it will help to keep the ingredients on the bun and off your plate (or lap).
And yes, as others have said, use whole grain rolls, if you have them. They have more fiber than white. I don't know how much more nutritious they are than white rolls, though, as almost all commercially baked white bread is enriched.
