I just made Zabaglione custard for the first time. With all the eggs and milk in it, how long is it safe to keep in the refrigarator?

4 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Marsala wine
1 lb marscarpone cheese
1 cup whipping cream

Use within 24 hours, but only if very tightly sealed and stored in coldest section of fridge away from other items. Not only is it prone to spoilage, but the delicate marscapone and cream are susceptible to picking up the odors of foods nearby.

I kept her in the fridge for like four days. She came out pissed off.
