I would like to make some at home in a blender and wondered how to make a good chocolate mudslide.

I wonder if it has anything to do with my body not being able to handle milk fat and oily fats at the same time. If I want to have a hot chocolate from Star bucks or Second Cup, I have to drink it on an empty stomach else it like a diuretic. Why is that??

IS there any grace period to sell alcohol after Midnight... Sometimes when working nightshift at our store, People will walk in in large numbers 5 minutes before midnight, They get beer and queu up and time expires while on the queu.. I always find myself selling the alcohol as late as 3-5 minutes after time.....

Can i be arrested for selling beer 3 minutes after time... Also is it illegal to deny beer purchases 5 minutes before midnight...

I am using a Charbroil Grill outside and would like to know what is the best way to cook a Sirlion steak like how to marinate it and how I know it is done without cutting it, and most importatly, how to make it taste as good as it possible be. I want to cook my sweetie breakfast for Valentine's Day. But I've never made an omelette before. I need step by step instructions for making one with ham, cheese, and tomatoes. I was sitting in class and it was snacktime, and I was eating my octillery shaped snakies. And i had saved my last Yummy snakie for last. I was about to eat my snackie and out of nowhere this girl took my snakie!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When i went outside for recess i cried against a tree and then i said to myself, THE GIRL GETS IT!!! I have lived in Thailand for 2 years and have eaten my share of Thai food!.........LOL

I notice in Thailand Thais use fish sauce instead of Soy sauce.

Now I am back in the States. When I cook Thai food, since I have Soy sauce available in my house I use it instead. I could always go to the store and buy a bottle of fish sauce, but in my opinion why bother since I have Soy sauce? (which contains plenty of sodium as it is!). Am I robbing my Thai dishes of flavor? or it does not make that much of a difference?

I would appreciate it if Thai people could answer this as well. Kap Kun Krap!

I can drink 4 espressos and it doesnt do anything to me. I've never been a caffeine addict and never drank coffee regularly. Am I immune to the effects of caffeine?

I've run out of lighter fluid that I regularly buy at a local tobacco store for my Zippo lighter. I've got plenty of charcoal lighter fluid on hand because every time I go shopping for a planned barbeque I can never recall if I have enough charcoal lighter fluid. When you buy cookies in the store (Hard ones or Soft ones) they have a "sell by" date.
Does anyone know how long PAST that sell date you can eat cookies (left at room temperature)?
If you know the difference for soft vs. hard that would be great!
