I wonder if it has anything to do with my body not being able to handle milk fat and oily fats at the same time. If I want to have a hot chocolate from Star bucks or Second Cup, I have to drink it on an empty stomach else it like a diuretic. Why is that??

You may have IBS. It is not really diagnosable but some theoretic causes are stress, smoking, and fatty foods(oils). The problem is that stomach acids may be overproductive because of the speed of your eating or the milk that coats your stomache and cannot properly digest the food. The result is that you have so much acid floating around that all the food you eat gets liquified. Causes can be gum, alcohol use, smoking, milk(or coating liquids), and other hard to digest items. In most cases an actual diuretic is given to clean out anything that may be causing an irritation, like a piece of metal or anything lodged in the stomache.

Sounds like you may be marginally lactose intolerent. I take a lactaid tablet just before a consume any milk or milk maade products. I'm not bothered by cheese, cottage cheese and those types of foods. Just the milk and milk products. Lactaid is available at most drug stores. Wal-Mart has their own brand. Much cheaper. You maay have a problem with the tomato sauce on the pizza as well.

You are lactose intolerant. Between the cheese and the milk, you are getting a double shot. Same with chocolate milk. There are a lot of oils in the chocolate doubled up with the milk. As to the empty stomach, see if there is a delayed reaction. Does it happen when you do eat?
