a recipe i found online for cheese meatballs calls for a cup of "biscuit baking mix". has anyone ever used this in meatballs? i usually use breadcrumbs or ritz crackers. if i put in the cup of biscuit mix, how much breadcrumbs do you think i should add??

Sounds to me like you would be substituting the bread crumbs for the biscuit mix. Sounds yummy!! As long as you have your egg in there to moisten it , they should be great!!
I'm lazy..LOL. I bought my meatballs for supper tonight!!
Apparently, I'm spending too much time on the computer to mamking stuff from scratch!! LMAO!!

If the recipe doesn't call for the breadcrumbs, then let the Bisquick do all the binding work.
