They're low in calories, but do they actually taste good?

They don't really taste like anything. But they are healthy. (I would leave at least on yolk in for flavor). And you need a little fat to give you a 'full' feeling (the fat triggers the brain to register 'full' longer than no fat).

Really, unless your loading it up with bad things like sausage, tons of cheese, or bacon, an omelet (even with yolks) is a very good food. High in protein, not much bad fat or cholesterol. A very good nutrition to calorie ratio (the yolk has all the food that feeds the chick as it grows - it's really pretty good for you).

I am not sure if they are good, but they are filling. Eggs are very filling. Both parts of it.

Yes; they do. They are very good and good for you because of the protein without the cholesterol.........give them a break!
