boiled tap water will kill off the chorine that is in use in city water supply. The water will tast like Arrowhead mountain water.
Bottle spring water is process with a filter system also.
Distill water is only good for industry uses or your car.
Mineral water is each person per taste.
I perfer tap water that is filter with R.O system.
The city test there water only at there source of process once it leavs the city pip to your house then they dont care. Think how old are those pips under ground. If you use a sediment filter with a 5 micron or 1 micron you will see all the dirst and rust and sand that are trap by the filter. I own a filter and bottle water plant.

boiled tap water: Warm water is not good for the body, it causes diaherea.

Bottles Spring Water: Could be, but they NEVER test the water, therefore it could contain all sorts of bacteria, and no one would know.

Distilled water: UNSAFE! Your body needs some minerals, and distilled water has none in it.

Mineral Water: It's alright, I'd say this is the best one out of the 4.

In my opinion, tap water is the best. They test the liquid, make sure there's a certain level of bacteria and none overboard. Plus the bacteria is good for your body.

Any type of water with fluoride in it becuase it helps to remineralize weak spots in the enamel of your teeth and therefore helps prevent dental decay. I know that bottled and distilled water do not have fluoride in them. Some citys add fluoride to the tap water and some do not. (from a registered dental hygienist)

I would say boiled water because it still contains all the essential minerals that are needed by your body such as: fluorine, calcium and iron. And the advantage is that there is no bacteria in it.
