I am really hungry and I wanted something that I could whip up pretty quickly with very few ingridients. Mind you, I am only 12 years old so it's got to be very elementary.

Chicken Parmesan
Serves 6

1/3 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 Tsp Italian Seasoning, crushed
6 (4 oz) Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless
1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1/2 Cup White Onion, diced
1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup 2% Milk
1 (1 oz packet) Ranch Flavored Salad Dressing Mix
6 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 (10 oz pkg.) Spinach, frozen, thawed, drained
1 Tbsp Pimiento, chopped

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350ºF

In a small mixing bowl combine cheese, ranch salad dressing mix, and Italian seasoning. Roll chicken pieces in cheese mixture to coat lightly; set remaining cheese mixture aside. Arrange the pieces in an 8x8x2-inch baking dish. In a small saucepan cook onion in hot margarine until tender.

Stir in flour; add milk all at once. Cook and stir till bubbly; stir in drained spinach and pimiento. Place a slice of cheese and spoon the spinach mixture over the chicken; sprinkle with remaining cheese mixture.

Bake, uncovered, for 30-35 minutes or until tender.

Chicken Pasta Alfredo
Serves 6

6 Qts Water
12 oz Fettuccine Pasta
2 Tbsp Peanut Oil
6 (4 oz) Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless
2 (10-3/4 oz can) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 (20 oz bag) Frozen Broccoli Florets
3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Instructions:
Heat a large pot of water, over high heat. When water comes to a boil add the pasta and boil for 8-10 minutes. Drain; reserving 2 cups pasta water. Cut the chicken into strips (1/4''x1''); set aside.

In a large frying pan, over medium-high heat, add the oil and chicken pieces stirring frequently until golden brown.

In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, add the chicken pieces, sauce, 1/4 cup reserved pasta water, stirring frequently. Add the remaining pasta water into the saucepan and bring just to a boil, then add the broccoli. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Divide the cooked pasta evenly between serving dishes and top with chicken and broccoli mixture.

Crab Quiche
Serves 6

1 (8 oz pkg.) Louis Kemp Crab Delights, flaked
3/4 Cup Mexican Style Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 (8 oz pkg.) Cream Cheese, cut into 1/4'' cubes
1/4 Cup Green Onions, sliced
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Basil
1/2 Cup Heart Healthy Bisquick
1 Cup 1% Milk ''Skim''
1/2 Cup Eggbeaters
3 SecondsNonstick Cooking Spray

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350ºF

Mix the crab delights, shredded cheese, cream cheese, onions, salt, and basil in a medium bowl.

Coat a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray and spread the crab mixture into the bottom.

Beat the remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over the crab mixture and bake for about 40-45 minutes.

Serve immediately.

Crock Pot Enchiladas
Serves 6

1 lb Ground Beef, lean
1 (8.5 oz) White Onion, chopped
1 (4 oz can) Mild Chopped Green Chilies (leave these out if you don't want it to be spicy)
1 (14 oz can) Enchilada Sauce
1 (10-3/4 oz can) Golden Mushroom Soup
1 (10-3/4 oz can) Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 (10-3/4 oz can) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 (10-3/4 oz can) Cream of Celery Soup

Instructions:
Brown hamburger and chopped onion and pour off grease.

Put all the ingredients into the crock pot. Mix and cook low 4-6 hours.

Gravy Baked Pork Chops
Serves 4

4 (1-1/4 inch thick) Pork Chops
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
3/4 Cup 2% Milk
1/4 Cup Water
1 (10-3/4 oz can) Cream of Mushroom Soup

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350º F.

Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Sauté the pork chops in the butter for about 5 minutes per side.

In a separate medium bowl, combine the milk, water and soup. Place the pork chops in a 9x13 inch baking dishand pour the soup mixture over the chops.

Bake for 45 minutes. Serve immediately.

Spanish Meatloaf
Serves 6

1-1/2 lb Ground Beef, lean
1 (1.25 oz pkg) Taco Seasoning Mix
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 (4 oz can) Diced Green Chili Peppers
1 (8 oz bag) Mexican Style Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350ºF

In a large bowl add the ground beef. Sprinkle the taco seasoning mix and blend well. Add the sour cream and diced green chili peppers; mix until well combined.

Place 1/2 of the mixture in a loaf pan, making a well in the meat, top evenly with the cheese and place the remainder of the meat mixture on top to seal. Bake for 45 minutes. Drain off any excess fat.

Remove from loaf pan and slice. Place the meatloaf on a warmed serving platter and serve immediately. Serve with mixed vegetables or a salad.

Strawberry Shake
Serves 2

1 Cup Frozen Strawberries, thawed
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Cup Cold 2%Milk
1 Cup Plain Yogurt
2 Whole Strawberries, garnish
2 Tbsp Sugar Substitute (recommended: Splenda)

Instructions:
Puree the strawberries and honey in a blender or food processor. Add milk, sweetener and yogurt; blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses; garnish each with a whole strawberry.

Well take some mac and cheese and add a can of stewed tomatoes and some cooked bacon. You have a pretty tasty meal! Make the mac and cheese according to directions and them add in the tomatoe and bacon and heat through.


Take some ramen noodles and make them according to the package, and add some hot sauce and butter..VERY YUMMY!

What ingredients do you have? That would also be much help for me to give you ideas.... I am a cook So I can't give you ideas without the ingredients!

Check the freezer for frozen burritos, pizza, or a tv dinnner. Heat in the microwave according to the directions and you have something to eat. Also check the fridg for some leftovers from the last few days that you could heat up. Failing that make a sandwich and a bowl of soup-very simple and easy.

My kids love this and it's only 3 ingredients.

1 lb. ground beef
1 box of long grain and wild rice
Approx. 1 tbsp. Adobo seasoning with pepper(not lemon)

Brown the beef in a skillet, add half of adobo to meat. Meanwhile cook the rice as per directions on box. When done, mix rice with the beef, add the other half of adobo and eat!

It's got a great flavor.

my son is 10 and makes a mean hashbrown casserole.

take ore ida hashbrowns in a skillet with a lid. while the hashbrowns are browning, take 2 eggs and a little milk and beat. in the microwave make 3-4 slices of bacon. when the hasbrowns are to your desired brown, flip over and cover again. just before they are brown enough on the bottm pour egg mixture over the hasbrowns crumble the bacon and top off with cheese if you like and put lid on again. cook until eggs are done.

another he likes to make is reeses' peanut butter cups. he melts chocolate in a cup in the microwave and puts peanut butter on a spooon. dips the spoon into the chocolate and then puts into the freezer for a few minutes.

finally, rice krispie treats in the microwave. get a decent size bowl and put a few tablespoons of butter in it. microwave until melted. add a few handfuls of marshmallow and microwave until fluffy. add desired amount of rice krispies and mix well. just eat it out of the bowl.

I love a fried egg sandwich. Toast 2 slices of bread and butter them well. Fry an egg "hard" (no runny yolks), salting and peppering it well. Place fried egg on buttered side of toast. Add slice of cheese and a splash of hot sauce. Place other slice of toast, buttered side against cheese. Yumm!!

Here's a couple of sandwich recipes easy & really good....

~~~~~~~~~~ Shrimp Rolls ~~~~~~~~~~

Combine 3 tbsp. light mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. cider vinegar, 1/4 tsp. each sugar and pepper. Add 11/2 cups coleslaw mix (pre-shredded cabbage and carrots); toss well. Add 12oz. cooked medium shrimp, chopped; toss. Spoon into 4 sandwich rolls. Serves 4.

~~~~~~~~~~ Barbecued Beef Sandwich ~~~~~~~~~~

Combine 1/2 cup ketchup, 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar, 2 tsp brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. ground ginger, and 1/2 tsp. yellow mustard. Brush half of mixture over one side of two well-trimmed 8-ounce sirloin steaks. Broil 6 inches from heat for 4 minutes. Turn, brush on remaining mixture, and broil 3 minutes for medium-rare. Thinly slice and place on 4 buns. Serves 4.

~~~~~~~~~~ Chicken-Cheddar Sandwich ~~~~~~~~~~

Combine 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard and 4 tsp honey. Spread the mixture on 4 slices of whole-grain bread. Top each with 3oz. roast chicken, 4 slices of apple, 1oz. sliced Cheddar cheese, curly leaf lettuce. and a second slice of bread. Serves 4.

~~~~~~~~ Grilled Cheese Sandwich ~~~~~~~~
A perennial favorite: soft melted cheese and pressed, buttery toast.
2 slices Cheddar, American, or Swiss cheese
2 slices white bread
2 tbsp butter

Put the cheese between the slices of bread. Heat 1 tablespoon of the butter in a skillet or grill and when melted add the sandwich. Gently press down with a spatula once or twice during the grilling. When one side is golden, add the remaining tablespoon of butter, turn the sandwich over, and brown.

Grilled Cheese with Bacon. Fry 3 slices bacon until cooked but not crisp. Pat dry of excess fat, add on top of the cheese, and grill as directed.

Grilled Cheese with Ham. Put 2 thin slices ham on the cheese and grill as directed. Serve with sweet pickle.

Onion-Cheese Sandwich. Follow the recipe for Grilled Cheese Sandwich, but lightly coat 1 slice of bread with Dijon mustard. Sauté 3 to 4 slices onion in butter and put on top of the cheese. Cover and grill.

Tomato-Cheese Sandwich. Follow the recipe for Grilled Cheese Sandwich, but add two thin slices tomato to the sandwich before grilling.

1 Sandwich.
