I like to eat oatmeal or cream of wheat and toast with milk for breakfast and for lunch it would be chicken grilled salad with carots, tomatoes ,cheese ,olives ,croutons and ranch dressing with a bottle of water an for dinner it would be beef stir fry with red peppers , carots, brocclie, green beans and beef with white rice .

Help! I unexpectedly have to serve dessert for 9--tonight!--and I want to do something homemade, but I don't have more than an hour or two to prepare it. I have 4 beautiful Meyer lemons on hand, but I haven't found a way to use them that's easy. Any ideas? (By the way, I don't absolutely HAVE to use the lemons, just thought it might be nice.) If you can share a great easy recipe, you'll be saving my neck. Thanks.

Sometimes when you see meat in the grocery store is it really blood you see or is it in fact, bad meat and the meat clerk simply added food dye and water to cover up the brown decaying meat?
