For breakfast: oatmeal and banana or hard boiled egg and banana, or yogurt and banana. Plus a cup of coffee or tea.
For lunch: a cup of soup, chicken noodle or some type of broth soup, and salad with black olives, tomotoes, cucumber, low fat cottage cheese, sunflower seeds and lite italian dressing.
For dinner: nothing fried, little bread, no cream sauces. Usually a marinated grilled chicken breast, fresh steamed brocolli and small amount of potato, rice or pasta.

I prefer kimchi, but before I eat this, I eat something that isn't spicy. It's yummy if you are into spicy foods. If that isn't up to your taste, eat foods that don't contain any msg or preservatives. Do home cooking, it's healthier than the restaurant alternative. Healthy food ingredients can be bought in health/organic food shops. My mom eats brown rice, which is healthy, they try to make it yummy but I don't think so.. Broccoli with garlic and egg with corn soup is delectable. My parents prefer steamed fish with spring onions and sauce, or sea bass with pepper. It's scrumptious. For drinks, we usually drink tea.
