You could also make Manwhich Sloppy Joes in a crockpot. Not too expensive, and will be alright to sit out when people are ready for seconds...

Make a 7 layer dip. It goes a long way and most of the ingredients are inexpensive. (Re fried beans, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, olives, jalapenos, grated cheddar cheese.) Also since you are having all those heavier foods have a fruit tray and vegetable tray to cool off with. Get those thicker nacho chips for the dip. Chips and salsa are good. Make a big pan of brownies or some other finger type cookies or cake. Red beans and rice are good and can put in your crock pot mixed together. Make some cornbread and have some other type of bread to go like an Italian roll or french breads. Have fun.

Pizza, Pizza, Pizza. This is the best bang for your buck. If you can find a store that has large fresh made pizza's like Costco has the best. I host a GreyCup Party every year for the last 9 yrs and I always have Pizza on hand. Your menu already sounds like enough. Have a great party.

Supermarkets usually have two for one deals on english muffins. Cut them in half, top with a little pasta sauce, a couple pepperoni's and some mozzerella. Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes. Two packages will yield 32 pizza's.
