How do you make really good chicken liver?

Does anyone know a good recipe for Chicken liver i really dont want to by one at the store because it will be a frozen one and i will have to wait longer.

I've a jar of horseradish that must be eaten within 30 days of opening. Is it possible to eat this in a month

I mean, horseradish sauce blows the top of your mouth off but it is excellent with Sunday lunch and roast beef, just a little dollop on the side. So you put the jar in a fridge but it deteriorates and you end up throwing it away. Is there anyone out there who can eat a jar of horseradish without their mouth dissolving and their tongue burning to a cinder??

Why should I use stainless steel cookware?

I received a very nice set of stainless steel cookware as a wedding gift. While very pretty, Im finding them almost useless for cooking. Everything sticks, they're difficult to clean, and Im using my old non-stick pans instead. Should I simply leave the stainless out for decortive purposes, or are stainless steel pans better for some applications?

Have you ever noticed that chips companies are ripping you off? I mean really years ago the bags of chips were filled to the top, and now they are barely half full AND THEY CHARGE THE SAME PRICE?!

How can we keep potato salad safely?

We're having a bufet on New Years Eve and plan on keeping it out for a long time. How can we safely put potato salad out for 5 hours? Put one bowl in another bowl of ice or what? How well does herring keep (both wine and sour cream).

Balsamic Vinegar / Olive Oil - Refrigerate? Shelf life?

No more creamy dressing for me. So I've jumped on the more healthy vinegar and oil bandwagon. Since there is no recommendation on the labels - do you have to refrigerate them? And - about how long do they last?
