I bought an 8 ounce container of this cheese product (on sale...with a coupon...for like pennies :-) and it's about at the expiration date so I need to use it this week. I don't want to eat it on crackers or as a spread. What else can I do with it? Looking for a recipe or two please...not a cheese ball or appetizer but a main dish if I could find it. I was kind of thinking something like a cheesy-noodle/pasta-chicken thing but I'm open to ideas. It's a white cheddar-like 'cheese' with flecks of dried vegetables in it.

Thanks in advance for any ideas!!

Sure there's mashed and baked and fried, but everyone does them differently. What are some of your favorites? What do you like to add on top or eat with them? I'm looking for some new ideas!

Asker’s Thosai/Dosai keeps getting stuck to the pan. Kindly provide details as to how to avoid this.

Perhaps too much water in the mix or the mix not sufficiently settled ?
