Here are two recipes for this. One you will have to purchase if you like (it's 79 cents)

Ingredients

2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Strips
2 3/4 C. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Fresh Ground Pepper
1 C. Buttermilk
Vegetable Oil (for deep frying)

Mix flour, salt and pepper in bowl and set aside. Place buttermilk in separate bowl. Heat oil for frying and dip chicken strips in flour then in buttermilk and then finally flour again. Place in hot oil, the temperature of the oil should be 375. Never over crowd chicken strips, fry until lightly golden brown. Remove strips and drain.
BBQ Sauce
1 C. Hickory Smoke BBQ Sauce (Heinz)
1/4 C. Water
2 Tbsp. Honey
1 Tbsp. Ketchup
1 tsp. Liquid Smoke

Place all above ingredients in a small sauce pan mix thoroughly and simmer on low heat stirring frequently for 20 minutes. After cooking for 20 minutes. Let sauce cool slightly, dip one chicken breast strip in sauce at a time and place in a baking pan that has been sprayed lightly with a none stick spray. Place in a preheated oven at 350 and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with your favorite side dishes or pack up a few things and have a picnic in the back yard.

But here is one you could try.

4 whole chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
seasoned salt
garlic salt
pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 bottle bbq
honey 1/2 cup
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup flour

Slice chicken into 1/2 inch strips (can use any size or type to suit your needs, works well with wings). Place the chicken in a in large bowl and coat with Worcestershire.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt, garlic salt and pepper. Put oil into frying pan and heat to med/high to fry chicken.

In a bowl, coat pieces of chicken with flour. Fry chicken in a skillet with oil on medium/high heat until golden brown.

Mix BBQ sauce and honey in a small bowl.

Place chicken on a cookie sheet or oven pan. Brush or drizzle BBQ mix over chicken and bake at 400F for 10 min.

Remove chicken - baste again with BBQ mix and return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Substitutions can be used for most ingredients. The important part is to fry, then bake with the BBQ sauce.

Someone on this site told me about a copycatrecipe.com site. I have not checked it but it is worth a try. KFC chicken is my favorite. It tastes like the real homemade kind if you get the original recipe. My next favorite is Church's.

Bye, and have a great Holiday.
