Me.
Old cheddar, probably. I normally have a big block of cheap stuff for cooking, and a little wedge of good, extra-old stuff for eating plain.
But far be it from me to discriminate too much. I just picked up some buffalo mozzarella, and am delighted to find it was worth its inflated price -- it improves a pizza no end.

I like all kinds of cheese, but the favorite is sharp cheddar. Love it in a tuna fish sandwich with zucchini relish.

I love cheese! Any kind except Limburger. Swiss cheese with chicken, mac n cheese (home made), Bree, Munster, cubed cheese with pineapple chunks!!

I am a cheese fanatic. My favorite changes a lot, but right now, I'm lovin' Havarti - great for sandwiches!

My favourites: Bulgarian ( soft textured cheese), Hallommi ( greek) , lancashire and white cheddar cheese and Babybel and so much more.

I love ricotta (especially on pizza). Fresh mozzarella balls, Romano, Gouda, cheddar, asiago, Munster, and Gorgonzola.
