What would you use to make a mix and how long would it need to stand ?

Ingredients ?

Semolina
Wheat Flour or Turdal flour
Curry Leaves (whatever this means)
Dried whole chili
Cumin seeds
Coriander
Fenugreek seed
Garlic
Mustard seed
Black peppercorns

Since you started with Semolina, I assume you want to try Rava Dosai. Any way, it is easier to make and takes less time.

Slightly roast rawa in a dry pan. Mix roasted rawa and rice flour in the ratio 3:1 and make to a thin consistency dosa batter. Add finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped onions, curry leaves, cumin seeds. Let it stand about 15-30 minutes.

Heat the pan and spread a drop of oil on it.When the pan is fully heated, take some dosai batter and spread it on the pan into a round shape.Turn it over so that both sides are cooked well
