I have a lot of egg roll wrappers, and i want wonton wrappers. Are they the same material at all? Because i want to just cut my egg roll wrappers to the size of wontons. If they are the same, what size are wonton wrappers normally, and what instrument should i use to cut the wrappers? If they are not the same material, will it still work? Or, where can i find some wonton wrappers, cause i think my mother got the egg roll wrappers from walmart and i don't know if they have wonton wrappers there. Thanks if you answer any of my questions. =)

I love cooking, it's so relaxing and I guess its the chemistry of it that I find so fun. I'm pretty good at it, but my parents never let me cook. I want to wow them with an amazing recipe or something else that I could do to make them more willing to let me cook. Any suggestions?

The Syracuse, Binghamton, Ithaca area would be ideal but anyplace else, other than the New York City area is ok too. I found an Italian pastry shop in Flushing, NY that had the most fabulous Cannolis I have ever tasted but that is a five hour + trip from my house.
