Also look for ingredients like "mono- and di-glycerides" which comes from animal products and are in most breads. You can find vegan bread at health food or organic stores like Whole Foods, if you live near one.

Always read labels for hidden ingredients! You'd never believe the kind of stupid stuff they put it some foods ... Check out the A-Z Animal Ingredient List! :)

Read the ingredients. Some breads have whey and honey in them. So these breads are off limits. How ever, many breads do not. The safest thing to do is just read the ingredients before you buy a product. That is what I do.

Depends. Check the ingredients, some breads and muffins have milk or eggs (or sometimes honey), but many don't. Also, some may have animal fat.

I think so , i mean they can eat pasta so im pretty sure they can . Im not really dead set against vegan , even though i think its a little rediculous . Mostly its a rich person thing , cuz most people can afford to buy hemp underwear and all fresh veggies . besides most vegans ive met or seen are pasty *** crackers !

As long as it doesn't contain eggs, or anything to do with animals (including cheese and milk). So, no muffins.
