Has anyone heard of Shucky beans, has anyone tried them?

My grandmother use to make them all the time, they were my favorite dish, she could never keep them around.

Oh yeah. . .add you some bacon grease and onions to them "leather britches," and you are talking real fine eatin there!

Ramps are even better with shucky beans, but your sweetheart won't kiss you for a month of Sundays afterwards!
