i used a recipe that called for oven ready noodles but i used the normal noodles and didnt cook them b4 and didnt add extra water.
what do i do now , i didnt bake it yet and it's in the freezer. i have a potluck in three days and what do i do if it's a flop! Can I fix it???

What is the Best Way to Store Fresh Lobster?

I am going on a boat for 9 days and we plan on getting live lobster from some of the fishermen on an island. We plan on trading stuff for the lobster. My question is how do you prepare and store the lobster to eat down the road. Can we just snap the tails off and freeze them or do we have to pare boil them first before freezing them. We don't have a large pot to boil the entire lobsters. We are looking at getting about 25 of them.

Thanksgiving Turkey???

What is a good size turkey for a family of four to get for thanksgiving?
We have two adults, and two children(4 and 2), we got a turkey a little over 12lbs. Is that going to be enough?
I thought it was, but then my mother in law said it would be too small. Thanks!!

after 1 year being frozen is a turkey still good to eat or should it be thrown out!??!!help!motherinlaw crazy!

my mother in law has had 2 turkeys frozen in her freezer for a year now. i say she throw them out, what does anyone else say?? i've tried to look up guidelines online to see about this kinda stuff anyone have help for me!?!?
