You can make fried chicken in the oven and its just as simple. You could probably do it on the foreman, but it wouldnt come out as good. Here is a simple oven fried chicken recipe Oven Fried Chicken Ingredients: 1 lemon 3/4 cup milk 3 Tbs. chopped fresh marjoram- if you have seasoning you want use, like Montreal Chicken Seasoning, substitute it for the marjoram 3/4 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper 1 lb boneless chicken thighs and/or breasts 2/3 cup cornmeal 1/3 cup fine dried bread crumbs 1/4 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese 4 Tbs. (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted Directions: Soak the chicken Preheat an oven to 425°F. Grate 1 tsp. zest and squeeze 2 Tbs. juice from the lemon. In a shallow glass or ceramic dish, stir together the buttermilk, lemon juice, 1 Tbs. of the marjoram and 1/4 tsp. each of the salt and pepper. Add the chicken pieces, turn to coat and let stand for 10 minutes. Coat the chicken In a shallow bowl, stir together the cornmeal, bread crumbs, cheese, lemon zest, the remaining 2 Tbs. marjoram, and the remaining 1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper. Remove the chicken, 1 piece at a time, from the buttermilk and dip into the cornmeal mixture, turning to coat evenly. Arrange the pieces, skin side up and in a single layer, in a shallow roasting pan. Drizzle with the butter. Cook the chicken Transfer the pan to the oven and roast until the chicken is crisp, browned and opaque throughout, 35 to 45 minutes. Transfer the chicken to a platter and serve immediately. Serves 4 to 6.

yes you can! but make sure that you sprinkle a little olive oil on the foreman before cooking or if you have regular vegetable oil use that to lubricate the grill first or else your chicken breast will stick and burn and watch it closely because everthing cooks fast with the foreman grill

Absolutely! I put some olive oil on it first. Then I grill it for about 7-8 minutes, turning every couple of minutes. If, like me, you find that it gets a little too done on the outside, you can turn the grill off for about a minute, then plug it back in, wait a couple of minutes, and repeat. It requires more attention, but I like the results better.

I think you can. Make sure your chicken isn't too thick. Chicken usually takes a long time to cook all the way through. If your chicken is too thick than you run the chance of burning the crust. I say you should cook the outside of the chicken on the GF and throw it in the oven to cook the inside.

You certainly can, that's actually the way I would prefer to do it! It'll turn out delicious with a lot less fat than if you made it on the stove. Good luck!
