Food & Drink - 21 November 2006

Here's the situation: My husband is a sub/grinder freak. He had half a leftover sub in the fridge that he was gonna eat for dinner tonight warmed up in the stove. The problem is this..last night I cleaned out the fridge and threw away his take-out box with the sub (containing meats and sausage, no mayo) in it accidentaly. This morning while in the shower I realized what I had done and got it out of the trash and put it back in the fridge! So, tonight my husband had it for dinner, and he actually said, "I would've been pissed if you had thrown this away." What are the chances of him getting FOOD POISONING? Slim to none, I hope.
By the way, I'm actually a good wife otherwise!

Does anyone have any tips on how to stop being a vegetarian?

I need to 'convert' from vegetarianism, and start eating meat.

I'm 18 and I've been brought up as a strict vegetarian. I tried to eat meat the other night for the first time(chicken dippin' from pizza hut), and it tasted ok- but not more than 20 minutes later I became really ill and threw it all back up again. ( on someone I liked, actually. )

It's for a foreign exchange placement, and I really want this, I just don't want to seem fussy and rude. The people I'm going to be placed with do not understand vegetarianism.
