Baked Alaska! You hardly ever see that anymore. Another good one is Cherries Jubilee over ice cream. Yum!!

Great question!
Devil's Island (a version of hot fudge pudding cake made with spiced rum)
Trifle with seasonal fruit
Bananas Foster
Cherries Jubilee
Southern Bread Pudding with spiced peaches
Raspberry Cream Cheese Brownies
"Tres Leches" cake with fresh strawberries in season
I am SO tired of overly sweet "designer" cheesecake creations - most of them taste more of "sweet" than anything else.

malay cuisine - called 'buah gula melaka' - nice small smooth roundies made from flour, a hard piece of brown sugar (you need to cut it into small portion, fills inside the roundies, and roll-covered the roundies until being a dough. boiled the roundies. when floating, roll the hot roundies on the shred coconut. Once it's in yr mouth, it feels bit gummy but the brown sugar inside makes you feels like heaven!
thai cuisine - sticky rice desert served with mango flesh & coconut milk & sugar ( wowwwwwwwsome i tell you )

Year-round pumpkin pie, baby! A great-tasting lowfat version, if possible. And don't forget the Cool Whip!

Death-by-chocolate-brownie covered carmel apples. I made them dozens of times and chocolate fans rave about them.
