Well at work we have soups and condiments. My question is do you think it would be worth it to purchase a garbage disposal for old soup and old condiments instead of dumping the old smelly food into a garbage can?

First of all you should donate any leftovers to the nearest food bank. Thats if they are still edible. Second of all, save your dishwashers some work. Grind every thing possible in the disposale. They will be very thankfull. Dishwashers are the backbone of any kitchen !!!
