I have several "tubes" of polenta from Trader Joe's, and I can't really figure out a good simple recipe for them, besides just frying them up and eating with tofu/tempeh.
Any favorites?

I used to have a recipe I found in the Sunday adds in the paper, I can't rememer the amounts...
It's made with a ready-made gram cracker crust, a pkg of Reese's Peanut butter chips, a box of vanilla pudding, milk and sour cream. Does this sound familiar to anyone and can you tell me how much milk and sour cream to use

What do you prefer?

What is your fav. brand?

I personally prefer Jack Daniels with coke (which apparently isn't true bourbon).

But a single malt (Glenfidich or Macallan) on the rocks or drunk neat is the best drink ever!
