Between 386 and 432, depending on your mood and how distracted you are. Also, the moisture in your mouth. I have tested this theory about 15 times and can't caome up with a definate answer but its somewhere in this range. I'm happy i can finally share my "scientific findings" on the tootsie pop question :-P

Tootsie Roll says that it took a machine that mimicked a human tongue about 364 licks. A human volunteer did it in 256 licks or something close to that. Go to tootsieroll.com and then from there go to their FAQ and look for "How many Licks?" I hope this helps. Take Care and happy licking.
