no high fructose corn syrup, sat fat, sugar less than 4 grams, high in fiber???can i find it in a regular grocery store????

I don't know about meeting all your requirements, but read the ingredients. Just because it says whole wheat doesn't mean it's 100% - you're right about that. It's pretty amazing what products can say on the packaging - it's that ingredient list that is most important.

I'm sure you can find whole wheat pretty much anywhere that has a selection. I hope the rest of what you're looking for follows. I don't know a particular brand, since I switch around, depending on sales.

95%of all wheat bread is white bread with caramel added to make it look like wheat bread. What you need to do is go to either a bakery or a store that sells natural breads and buy what you want there.
