We lived in Germany for a few years and fell in love with the thick healthy bread. I have tried to duplicate it in the bread machine but can't seem to do it. Also, since I live in Japan, it is hard to find some ingredients. Anyone know a good recipe I can try? Thanks.

The four food groups as I understand them are:
Flour,
Chocolate Chips,
Brown Sugar,
And White Sugar.

So wouldn't Chocolate Chip cookies be a complete meal?

We bought some xoconoztles from a latino grocery store this morning. They are oval fruits about the size of an egg, possibly from Mexico. We don't know how to eat them!

I work in a cake bakery and we make have to make several gallons of buttercream frosting a week, useing a food processor that makes maybe half a gallon each time. This gets very repitious, and is very time consuming. My boss can not find any food processor that is big enough to make alot at one time, and the processers we use now have even broken in less than a day! Anything more heavy duty and that could make even a little more at a time would help. It has to have the sharp blades in it like a food processor though so it can whip the frosting. So what kind of blender/food processor should I be looking at? A website, number, name of blender, or business name would be very helpful. Thank you

Why can’t Americans eat with knife and fork? It’s so stupid to make eating more difficult. They push the food foolishly on the plate. Can anybody eat with knife and fork or can only European and American millionaires do that?
