No, there's goat's, sheep's and even buffalo's. Any animal that makes milk can have that milk made into cheese. Most of our cheeses are from cows. A common goat's cheese you'll find at the store is "feta".

No, sheeps milk, goats milk and buffalo milk is also used (bufallo milk mozzarella),
and there may be more that I don't know of.
Just remembered- I heard yaks milk is used to make a sort of buttery, cheesy stuff by nomads in the himilayas to get them through the winter when the yaks don't produce any milk.
