As far as the addiction, you will grow out of it. I was a lot like you growing up, but now I don't drink any. Do yourself a favor, and try several different drinks including decaf. It can darken your teeth and here are some possible side effects. The recipes are below.

Although not all of these side effects may occur, they may be more likely to occur if caffeine is taken in large doses or more often than recommended. If they do occur, they may need medical attention.

Check with your doctor as soon as possible if any of the following side effects occur:

More common
Diarrhea; dizziness; fast heartbeat; hyperglycemia, including blurred vision, drowsiness, dry mouth, flushed dry skin, fruit-like breath odor, increased urination, ketones in urine, loss of appetite, nausea, stomachache, tiredness, troubled breathing, unusual thirst, or vomiting (in newborn babies); hypoglycemia, including anxious feeling, blurred vision, cold sweats, confusion, cool pale skin, drowsiness, excessive hunger, fast heartbeat, nausea, nervousness, restless sleep, shakiness, or unusual tiredness or weakness (in newborn babies); irritability, nervousness, or severe jitters (in newborn babies); nausea (severe) ; tremors; trouble in sleeping ; vomiting

Rare
Abdominal or stomach bloating; dehydration ; diarrhea (bloody); unusual tiredness or weakness

Symptoms of overdose
Abdominal or stomach pain; agitation, anxiety, excitement, or restlessness; confusion or delirium; convulsions (seizures)—in acute overdose ; dehydration; faster breathing rate; fast or irregular heartbeat; fever; frequent urination; headache; increased sensitivity to touch or pain ; irritability; muscle trembling or twitching; nausea and vomiting, sometimes with blood; overextending the body with head and heels bent backward and body bowed forward; painful, swollen abdomen or vomiting (in newborn babies); ringing or other sounds in ears; seeing flashes of “zig-zag” lights; trouble in sleeping; whole-body tremors (in newborn babies)

Other side effects may occur that usually do not need medical attention. These side effects may go away during treatment as your body adjusts to the medicine. However, check with your doctor if any of the following side effects continue or are bothersome:

More common
Nausea (mild); nervousness or jitters (mild)

After you stop using this medicine, your body may need time to adjust. The length of time this takes depends on the amount of medicine you were using and how long you used it. During this time, check with your doctor if you notice any of the following side effects:

More common
Anxiety; dizziness; headache; irritability; muscle tension; nausea; nervousness; stuffy nose; unusual tiredness

I'm not happy to hear you are addicted to coffee as it contains caffeine......an addictive chemical. Alcohol and caffeine are both legal drugs and both can have serious consequences. Granted, alcohol is worse, but caffeine is a nerve stimulant which over time can create blood pressure problems.........Anyway, to answer you question:

If you can take regular coffee and grind it down to a powder, you can make Greek (or Turkish) coffee. Granted they use a special cooker, but actually a small sauce pan will do. For each 2-4 ounce cup, use 1 heaping Tablespoon power in the appropriate amount of water.....let's say 4 ounces. Stir well and set onto the stove. Stir while it comes to a boil. It will foam up, pull it off the stove until is goes down and then boil to a foam a second time. Pour into a cup..........and let it sit, don't stir!!! After a bit the grounds will settle. Since you want cappucino, carefully pour off the coffee into another cup, stopping at the grounds. Add milk that you brought almost up to a boil. You'll probably still get some grounds. If you go to a specialty store, you'll see a stove stop expresso maker that would be easier for you to use. It looks like a little stove top percolator (coffee maker). Do a web search.......you'll see one. I'm thinking I saw one yesterday at WilliamsSonoma.com

cappuccinos are part espresso and part steamed milk. both are better done by expensive machines.

I hear you can make pretty good espresso with a "moka pot". Here's the 6-cup version.
http://www.amazon.com/Bialetti-Moka-Express-6-Cup/dp/B000CNY6UK/sr=8-2/qid=1161472340/ref=pd_bbs_2/104-1476383-5088749?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden
I heard multiple people say the 3-cup model is too small. It's about as close as you can get without being expensive. You could also just make double or triple-strength batch of coffee with your parent's coffee machine. Just use more coffee but with the same amount of water.

Whatever way you make the coffee, it's still important to know that the coffee can make it good also. A big can of generic coffee doesn't taste the same as an expensive bag.

If you can grind the coffee right before you use it, that's the best. If you don't have a grinder there might be some places like dunkin donuts or starbucks or other nice coffee shops that will grind the beans when you buy them, so they're fresh.

Well... I must say I share your coffee passion. I used to have a coffee shop and just loved it!

Let me tell you that, unfortunately, it will b hard to get a good cappuccino at home if you don´t have a machine. They can cost up to 2k usd. Basically, it is tough because you need a good espresso in order to get a nice capp.

I used to do cappuccinos when I was 16 by heating up the milk in the stove top and whisking it until foamy.

The cheapest version I KNOW to get an express is using one of those individual express makers that you put on top of the stove, they look like a jar. Thy´re made out of stainless steel and you can find cheap ones at Wall-mart.

If all these may sound too complicated for you, use instant coffee with only milk, heat it up in the microwave and then whisk it with a small whisk. Of course, this is not a REAL cappuccino but it may help up your craving disappear.

If you don't want to invest in a cappucino machine (they even sell them cheap at Wal Mart), then start by brewing a normal cup of coffee. In a separate cup, heat 1/2 cup of milk in the microwave. I'm not sure what they call it, but there's a kitchen tool that causes the bubbles to appear in your juice, which you would you use to form peaks of bubbles in your milk. Once the peaks form, stop stirring the milk or you'll lose your "foam." Pour the foam over your coffee and top with cinnamon and vanilla.

16 and i share your addiction as well. to make a proper cappucino you need an espresso machine, and a steaming wand. but at 13 i sorta doubt you have access to that so i suggest brewing strong coffee (dark roast) you need about 1/3 espresso. if you have a steaming wand great since steaming is a breeze and the steam milk is nice and sweet if you do steam i suggest skim milk since it's easier to foam with. if you don't have a steaming wand then boil the milk and wisk it at the same time. do it over medium heat. fill the rest of the cup with 1/3 milk and the other 1/3 with foam

First you need an espresso machine. Grind your coffee finely or buy espresso ground coffee to get the flavor. The machine will force extremely hot water through the grounds to give you the espresso. Then steam milk with the machine and pour into the coffee. The froth from the milk is the difference between cappuchino and latte. For cappuchino you will probably have to spoon it from the frothing cup to the serving cup. Good luck!

I'm sorry, I don't know where you're from, but on my planet 13 year old girls don't give out their ages, to the predator-filled internet, and they definetely don't go out and get drunk (well at least in my state). Are you the same freak who answered that on New Yers 2000 you would have been out getting drunk as a 7 year old? You are a sickening moron! Lay off the booze idiot!

Since your only 13, you may want to slow down on the caffein, it can slow down your growth, I know coffee is good, but when your 17, your gonna wish u have bigger boobs. So my advice: wait til ur older to drink coffee. You can get other things, like coffee flavored icecream or candy.
