1 cup peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix well, roll dough into 1inch balls and place on baking sheet. Flatten with the tines of a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before removing to cooling rack.

Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies
"These cookies are incredible... and they always turn out!"
Original recipe yield: 3 dozen

INGREDIENTS

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1 cup butter, softened
3 eggs
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, combine flour, soda, and salt. Mix well with a wire whisk set aside.
In a large bowl, blend sugars, using an electric mixer set at medium speed. Add butter, and mix to form a grainy paste, scraping the sides of the bowl. Add eggs, peanut butter and vanilla and mix at medium speed until light and fluffy.
Add the flour mixture and mix at low speed until just mixed.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. With a wet fork gently press cookies in a crisscrossed pattern. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until slightly brown along edges.

Servings Per Recipe: 18

Peanut Butter-Chocolate Chip Cookies:

Prep: 30 min., Bake: 14 min. per batch

1 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (12-ounce) package semisweet chocolate morsels

Beat peanut butter, butter, and sugars at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beating until blended.

Combine flour, soda, and salt in a small bowl; gradually add to butter mixture, beating well. (Dough will look a little moist.) Stir in morsels. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets.

Bake at 350° for 8 to 14 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Yield: Makes about 5 dozen

This is a great cookie reciepe.........1 cup of peanut Butter
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
heat the oven to 350 degrees and bake for 12 mins and wooot done. Very EZ and Very Good. yummy
