I love several- "Dreamland's"(alabama) and "Salt Grass" (south of Austin,TX) and good old fashioned store bought KC Master piece with some homemade alterations.

I marinate most chicken, hamburgers and steaks with it before grilling or broiling. And I warm up a small bowl for dipping. My son of course devours it with chicken nuggets. Husband over omlets.

In slavery the master got all the good parts of the pig. Bacon,sausage etc. We as their slaves and these are facts so how am I racist we got what was left over. why is it when you go to do your weekly food shop, do all shops start with fruit 'n' veg, or bread, you know things that will get squashed at the bottom of your trolley, and end with heavey drinks bottles and the like. why not start with heavy bottles and end with fruit and veg?

Why do my people who are black still eat pig ears, neck bones, pig feet these are scrapes and we dont have to eat this stuff anymore on top of that this is one reason we have high blood pressure.
